Buying a home doesn’t have to take a long time or be hard for that matter. At Access Real Estate, we want home buying to be simple and may we dare say, easy. The way we ensure a streamlined home buying experience is with our own experience.

  • Our Realtors bring years of experience to each client and sale.
  • To connect our buyers with the best home, we provide our buyers with all area listings, not just our own.
  • Our staff acts as a Buyer Agent, representing the best interests of the buyer and not the sale.
  • Integrity is the foundation of The Access Real Estate policy. We want to leave each transaction with the trust that we provided the best for our buyer.

The Buying Process

Our experienced Realtors deliver unmatched experience when compared to the competition. We’ve been around the block a few times and we know the whole neighborhood in the valley when it comes to buying a home. Our decades of experience scouting for homes, matching buyer preferences, making offers and connecting buyers and sellers to make the close is part of the reason our service stands out from others.

Comprehensive selection

Some realty companies prefer to list only their listings, the ones they are trying to sell. That method works great for sellers because the clients will only see specific listings from the company. At Access Real Estate, we list all properties available in the valley region. Why do we list all the properties? Because that means more selection for our clients buying a home. Our goal is to put you in the best home, the one you’ve always dreamed of. Our Realtors understand that buying a home can be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for some and that experience needs to be done right the first time.

Your Best Interest

By listing all homes, instead of just the homes we’re selling, is not the only way we put your best interest ahead of our own. Some Realtors want to make a sale in the fastest amount of time with the largest commission. In many cases, those people are what are called transaction brokers. A transaction broker wants the deal to be completed so the broker gets paid and the broker can move onto another transaction. Top-notch Realtors like the ones at Access Real Estate will act as Buyer Agents. The term is a key distinction because a Buyer Agent is required to act in the best interest of the buyer because they represent the buyer in each transaction. The transaction, the realtor or the seller is not the priority. Some might ask how this benefits us. We’ve asked that question and believe in our answer. If our buyers walk away happy and satisfied, that’s not just one sale. That’s many sales through word-of-mouth and potential for repeat customers. For that reason, Access Real Estate does not use transaction brokers.

We’re confident Access Real Estate can deliver the best home buying experience. Come try the Access Real Estate experience.
